Sadly, the review platform doesn't allow for zero-star ratings. The delivered items were of very low quality. I ordered a memorial mini figure but received what looked like a US soldier instead. I purchased two luxury perfume advent calendars for a total of $140 Australian dollars, only to receive small perfume decorations instead. This is misleading advertising. I contacted the support team, and they offered me $7 in compensation while I keep the worthless item. I'm exploring other options to address this. This company is a complete scam.
