I ordered a Christmas calendar from this company after seeing their advertisement, which showed a completely different and much higher-quality product than what I actually received.The calendar I got looked cheap, poorly made, and nothing like the photos on their website.When I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility. Instead, they claimed the product was “correct” and offered me a ridiculous compensation of only 8 units of currency.After sending photos showing the obvious difference, they still insisted they had done their best — which is simply not true.This company is misleading customers and refuses to resolve issues honestly. I have reported the matter to my bank to try to get my money back and want to warn others not to fall for the same scam.Avoid this company at all costs.
