The engineer came within 15 minutes of paying the £125 callout fee.He was very calm, incredibly experienced, and although it was a catastrophic situation with the upstairs ensuite shower leaking via the floor to into the lounge ceiling, he came equipped with the right tools. A very knowledgeable and calm disposition, with lots of advice to take photos for our home insurance. There was no messing around, and I highly recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you.
