You absolute THIEVES! You call yourselves a network? You're nothing but a bunch of money-grabbing vultures who prey on your customers! Every single month, it's the same infuriating circus with you! My network gets mysteriously cut off because, oh no, the balance wasn't enough on the EXACT day you decided to check! And what do I have to do? Jump through hoops like a trained dog, providing my ENTIRE bank history multiple times just to prove I had funds!Then comes the reactivation fee – a blatant punishment for YOUR incompetence! And after arguing until I'm blue in the face, you begrudgingly return it, acting like you're doing me some massive favor! This isn't a once-in-a-blue-moon occurrence; this is a REGULAR SHAKEDOWN!And don't even get me STARTED on your exit strategy! My contract ends in APRIL, and because I dared to try and cancel a few days early, on the FIRST of the month no less, you slap me with a ridiculous €27 penalty! Oh, but wait, the 1st of May is a PUBLIC HOLIDAY, so you conveniently can't process it then! So because of YOUR inefficiency and the calendar, I'm now stuck paying for an ENTIRE extra month – WITHOUT the discount I was getting – PLUS that insulting €27 "early" termination fee!
