I placed an order on 15/12, and as of now, my item hasn’t shipped. While delays can occur, the complete absence of professional communication is unacceptable. I’ve emailed multiple times and received only one response from a representative who promised an update that never came. I’ve also reached out via social media without any reply. After 13 business days without tracking information, I’m starting to question the legitimacy of this operation. I can’t comment on the product's quality since I doubt it even exists. Save your money and sanity: shop elsewhere.
