I placed an order for a deskmat on 12/30/25, and after 14 days, I've only received vague updates about delays. My package seems to be moving between facilities without any clear progress, and now it's at a location near me, yet I still haven't received it. I'm not sure if this is the fault of the seller or the shipping service, but I've never experienced anything like this before, and I frequently order items.
I placed my order for a desk mat on 12/10/2025. It shipped on the 12th and arrived by the 16th. I was impressed by the speedy delivery. The quality of the materials is outstanding, surpassing any other mat I’ve tried. This truly feels like a premium product at an excellent price! The design is beautiful and enhances my desk’s appearance in my home office. I might consider ordering one for my team.

I ordered a mat for shipping to a different country and received no confirmation until I reached out multiple times. Even after that, I had to provide proof of payment since I never received an order number. I’m giving 4 stars because the product eventually arrived and is great, but I urge them to improve their management.

I’ve emailed multiple times and received only one response from a representative who promised an update that never came. I’ve also reached out via social media without any reply. After 13 business days without tracking information, I’m starting to question the legitimacy of this operation. I can’t comment on the product's quality since I doubt it even exists. Save your money and sanity: shop elsewhere.
