The product quality is excellent, but the customer service is lacking. They seem to be understaffed for the volume of orders. I ordered a mat for shipping to a different country and received no confirmation until I reached out multiple times. Even after that, I had to provide proof of payment since I never received an order number. I’m giving 4 stars because the product eventually arrived and is great, but I urge them to improve their management.
