I scheduled a delivery for 23/12 and received a confirmation email on the 15th indicating my package was out for delivery. That was nearly 9 days ago! After not receiving any updates or a tracking number, I called on 22/12 for confirmation and was assured that my package would arrive on time. However, I woke up to a notification stating that my package would be delayed. It's frustrating to have a confirmation over the phone only to find out it wasn't shipped. I understand there can be shipping issues, but don’t assure customers that their package is on the way when it clearly isn’t.
