Review Time
I scheduled my delivery for 23/12 and received a confirmation email on the 15th stating my package was out for delivery. That was nearly 9 days ago! With no tracking updates, I called on 22/12 for confirmation, and I was promised my package would arrive on time. However, I woke up to a notification that my package is delayed. It's frustrating how I was assured over the phone that it was shipped, only to find out it wasn't. I understand there can be shipping issues, but it's misleading to claim on the phone that a package is on its way when it clearly isn’t.

This was my first order, and I had questions about the product and its shelf life. My inquiries were answered promptly within 10-15 minutes. Later, I had more questions about the delivery date, which were also addressed quickly. The product arrived well-packaged and met my quality expectations from its origin. This service has been fantastic for me so far. I highly recommend it for fine foods that are hard to find in smaller towns.
I purchased six pots of rillettes for the holidays, delivered on 16th December, but the use-by date was already set for 22nd December. Additionally, one pot had a damaged seal, and the surface was moldy, leading me to discard it. I reached out via their website but received no response. It seems they are selling old stock online—AVOID. Their response about 'fresh items' is misleading; preserved pâté is not fresh and should have a longer shelf life when purchased from a store.
The customer service is exceptional. They are always reliable and helpful with my orders. If items are out of stock or delays occur, they keep me informed and strive to provide solutions. It's challenging to find quality imports after recent changes, but this service has navigated the difficulties well, and I appreciate it. Looking forward to enjoying some wonderful treats!
