I scheduled my delivery for 23/12 and received a confirmation email on the 15th stating my package was out for delivery. That was nearly 9 days ago! With no tracking updates, I called on 22/12 for confirmation, and I was promised my package would arrive on time. However, I woke up to a notification that my package is delayed. It's frustrating how I was assured over the phone that it was shipped, only to find out it wasn't. I understand there can be shipping issues, but it's misleading to claim on the phone that a package is on its way when it clearly isn’t.
