I created accounts for two different children, and while one was set up correctly, the other ended up with a blank account. When I reached out for help, they informed me that I would have to wait 365 days to link the correct account. This is absurd! Their system failed, and I'm left with no options. All they say is that they hope I understand. It's ridiculous to expect someone to wait an entire year to resolve an issue. Unfortunately, I can't give any stars for this experience.
