My parents told me I had to wait until twelve. when I was finally twelve, my dream could come true. but I had a MacBook and because of YOU🫵!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they argued so I didn't go on the MacBook. and I couldn't play it. I even wanted to have a YouTube channel about it. but because you quarreled with "apple" you ruined my dream. !!!!!!!!!!THANK YOU REALLY😡😡😡😡😡😡!!!!!!!!!!
I was able to log in for Rick Band about a year ago. It is what it is..... The website is garbage. Tried logging tonight with same account, no such luck!!!! Just a revolving door of redundant prompts..... Thought this would be better than Guitar Hero!!!! I guess I'll put my money with them!!! Both are trash!!!!! Rock band support is even worse!!!!! I call it like it is!.?!?!?!?!?
Can't retrieve old account because AI doesn't understand and gives the run around.
Can't enter a Zero Build tournament yet I far exceed all requirements and qualifications. I had to set up 2 different email for this stupid 2FA to qualify for tournaments yet still can't enter them. Why doesn't EPIC tell what more is required to enter, (skins, turn on ranked mode prior of entering,....etc)
But then sends me to a BR tournament to which I DONT BUILD, just to humiliate me when sweats kill you as soon as you land.
I shot an opponent 7 times in the head yet I'm full heath and shield they one shot me with a grey gun and I'm dead.
AND ENOUGH WITH THESE BOTS!!!!!
And put pc with pc's and console with console. They get 25 bind keys on pc yet we get 8 on controller. How's that fair? Maybe send everyone a survey about common issues with this fortnite game and LISTEN to the people. It's not one or two people stating this but everyone has the same senses to these issues.
Try doing a PG13 mode for these kids and do a R rating for us grown ups so we don't need to listen to these screaming kids.
So much more needs to be said but there's not enough time in a day to explain ALL of these issues.

My spouse purchased a gift card, redeemed it successfully, but it didn't show up on the console account. I later discovered that it cannot be used on the console, and this information isn't provided until after the purchase. While it mentions that items can be bought through the laptop shop, it won't allow login with the console account and simply states, "you haven’t logged in with this account before." I opened a support ticket for assistance but received no response. I also requested a refund, but again, nothing. The customer service is non-existent. It feels like a scam, especially since these cards are available in supermarkets.
After eight months, the support team continues to refuse assistance for a straightforward email issue. The online chat leaves me waiting for five hours, only to close without any response. They don’t provide alternative communication methods, forcing a 24-hour wait to try again. This situation is testing my patience and feels like it’s pushing me toward legal action.
I had a strong interest in a game that I found out was essentially free on a gaming platform. However, when I logged into my account, I discovered it was restricted for some unknown reason. Despite being over 18, I was prompted to link to another email without any clear explanation. I tried everything I could think of, but nothing worked, and I couldn't access my account. Just wanted to enjoy a game, but that was impossible on this platform. I ended up switching to another service and purchasing it there. It cost me money when I could have gotten it for free, but at least I could access the game page. Absolutely pointless. I wish I could leave a 'zero star' review, but that's not an option. I'm not complaining, but this experience has been very disappointing.
After 6 months, the support team continues to overlook my tickets and refuses to address the problem, insisting there is a solution that is ineffective. I'm unable to set up my mail account properly because of this, and they have no shame in blaming the user for the issue...

En mi caso, el correo que funcionó fue: dpo(arroba)support(punto)epicgames(punto)com. Este contacto no está claramente señalado en el flujo normal de ayuda, sino en la política de privacidad y documentos legales. Encontré esta información investigando por mi cuenta y con ayuda externa, ya que el sistema de soporte tradicional era inaccesible. Después de escribir allí, recibí confirmación de verificación de identidad, se me asignó un representante de soporte, y me explicaron claramente las consecuencias de eliminar la cuenta. Actualmente, estoy a la espera del último paso para completar la eliminación definitiva.
I created accounts for two different children, and while one was set up correctly, the other ended up with a blank account. When I reached out for help, they informed me that I would have to wait 365 days to link the correct account. This is absurd! Their system failed, and I'm left with no options. All they say is that they hope I understand. It's ridiculous to expect someone to wait an entire year to resolve an issue. Unfortunately, I can't give any stars for this experience.
This is the most disappointing website I've encountered. How can such a large company have issues like this? I tried to buy V-bucks using my balance, but it just doesn't work. I even purchased a gift card specifically for V-bucks, but instead of using it, my balance is just sitting there. I clicked purchase multiple times for the V-bucks I could afford, but it keeps redirecting me to the homepage. Now I have to waste more time submitting a ticket. Thank you for this frustrating experience; I can't even get the skin I want right now.
