Had my account hacked and the person changed email on account so lost all access. Went through proving all info such as date account made original name made oldest bank card used purchase history etc so on so on. Get response after 2 days saying request denied. Can’t even speak to customer service which alone is a joke. Spent thousands on epic and will not spend a penny more
