The product arrived with additional components and no instructions on their purpose. Contacted EpiCooler and received conflicting information on purpose and installation of components from two different support staff. Asked for a refund told to email and all emails bounced back contacted company who said email system working refused to send me email so I could reply. Still can't get through after 6 weeks.
