Looked at the site and their published Australian reviews and was considering buying a single unit. However, as they kept trying to sell me more I just closed my computer before completing a transaction. Minutes later I received two PayPal invoices. One was for US$241.96, and the other was for US$241.96. I thought they were using an Australian site and quoting in Australian dollars.
The cooling side is ineffective, and the remote control doesn't work.

As far as a cooler goes, it is a shocker. It may be all right as a heater for a small room in the winter. I certainly do not recommend the product as a cooler; I get better results from a $20 small fan than this cooler. All I can say is it was a very expensive mistake on my part,
This Company is scamming everyone they sell their so called air conditioner to. We received one & tried to return it as it doesn't work. It only heats. They're not replying to our email & right of return. Scammers, scammers...bad product , bad people.

The product arrived with additional components and no instructions on their purpose. Contacted EpiCooler and received conflicting information on purpose and installation of components from two different support staff. Asked for a refund told to email and all emails bounced back contacted company who said email system working refused to send me email so I could reply. Still can't get through after 6 weeks.
It was advertised as AC that cools a room in minutes…it never does and only works just like a cheap fan/heater. Simply put, it is a fake advertisement of a non-branded product. It is a scam DO NOY BUY it even if it is priced for less than $20.
They are promoting an Air conditioner when it is only a Fan Heater it is supposed to cool a room in minutes all it does blows hot air . it is unbranded shipped from Hong Kong but the Company promoting it is UAB Commerce Core | Savanorių pr. 363, Kaunas, Lithuania when I paid with Pay Pal I did not get any invoice for it and was charged $9.99 USD for a warranty extension which I did not ask for I tried 15 min after placing the order to have it cancelled but they refused to do so . they say there is a 30 day money back guarantee with their unethical dealing I would say you would have no hope getting anything back . I had many conversation's via the Pay Pal Webb site . they said it was already sent after 15 minutes from clicking on the shopping basket it was advertised at $137.99 but I was charged $230.51 AUD that is when I wanted to cancel the sale but they refused & used all sort of excuses I posted a Warning about them on Face book It sounds wonder full the way they promote it , but it is a scam and does not live up to what they are saying. hope this will stop anyone falling into that trap because all they finish up with a fan heater it says this on the box it is shipped in
