I have been a long time fan of Epic Sports.. This year alone I have spent over 7k alone on uniforms, equipment, and I had recently bought 2 full sized goals.
Before this I would have said 10/10, always wonderful... HOWEVER they have changed their customer service to online/text/email support only... This was also the same time I ordered 2 full size goals with a cost of 4k for the order... I had a HORRIBLE experience with the chat and the email customer service. I spoke to three different people each was not helpful and had me fill out a form or send an email to the other ones, which no actual support being given.
In the end I was promised that I would be scheduling and coordinating delivery of the goals I ordered, however they refused to call me, refused to have a manager call me... did not give me the shipper info- in fact they stated that the shipper was not assigned yet and that some one would contact me.. and I have a scheduled delivery on the site for 4/3 -
This NEVER happened and my 4k purchase was not only just dropped and left outside - but it was dropped and left broken a school storge unit and comprised a handicap parking area. I found out because the employees at the school came across it while walking after church on Sunday 3/29..
Very Very sadly I will not be using this company anymore. The changes in customer service and the lack of respect or care for the costs or fund and then the belongings has made as all so upset we are just going to source another location for any and all other items will need in the future.
