Items were consistently incorrect, missing, or not the right sizes, and the support team was unhelpful and unwilling to assist. The quality is subpar, running 2 or 3 sizes smaller than expected. The entire team is thrilled with the jerseys!

The entire team is thrilled with the jerseys! We ordered a red soccer jersey featuring the name and number on the back, along with a small logo on the front corner. I was initially concerned that the logo might be too small and not appear well, but it turned out great and everything is clear! The prices are fair and the quality matches what you pay. I highly recommend this for youth sports!

Would certainly choose this service again, despite sizing issues.

I would definitely opt for this service again. However, the sweatshirt was quite small, which was disappointing since I ordered a size larger. Aside from that, the logo print, communication from the company, and the ordering process were all excellent.

Disappointing Color Mismatch for Team Shirts

I ordered 6 shirts for my volleyball team, but the colors were not consistent. The front had a very light red while the back was a darker shade. When I had to order an additional shirt for another team member, hers came out correct, making the difference even more noticeable. It gives the impression that we either made the shirts ourselves or purchased them from a discount store.

Great prices, but poor fulfillment and shipping

While the closeout prices are indeed impressive, the fulfillment and shipping leave much to be desired! I've been waiting nearly a month for my order, and it seems like the company is indifferent to customer frustration. The support team is inadequate; you can't reach a real person, and their response is simply, 'we don’t guarantee anything!'
