A total scam. Caution advised. On December 21, I purchased a package for $9.99 that was advertised at a 50% discount. I was disappointed with the video quality and immediately canceled my subscription. I contacted the support team requesting a refund, as they promised a 14-day money-back guarantee. A representative named Mila, who seems like a bot, confirmed this. Then on December 24, I noticed three additional charges of $30 each on my credit card for the same package. I have no idea what that package was. I reached out again, and the same bot repeated that I would receive a refund, but nothing has happened. The bot keeps assuring me of a refund, but this feels like a new type of scam that appears legitimate but is truly deceptive. Don't be fooled.
