I subscribed to this service at the end of December for a holiday rate of $49.99, thinking it would be great for my family who enjoys historical stories. The content was enjoyable during our road trip, and I planned to keep it. However, the next day, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $29.99. I reached out to the company via email, the only contact method available, and promptly canceled my subscription. I dislike hidden fees, and any company that imposes them loses my business. I was assured my account would be canceled and that I would receive a full refund for both charges within 10 business days. Two full series of 10 business days later, I still haven’t received my refund, my account remains active, and I have only one way to contact them. Additionally, there’s no actual app, just a website with a confusing URL. I strongly advise against subscribing! If anyone has suggestions on what I can do, I would appreciate it. While I must say the support representative I’ve been in contact with is very polite, that doesn’t compensate for the overall negative experience.
