The service is unsatisfactory. They can't keep products in stock. When they claim items are available, they take your money, charge excessive shipping fees, and then continue to say 'your order is packed and should ship soon,' which I have been told for over two weeks. This is the only place I found to leave a review, so I know there are many dissatisfied customers like me. This is my third purchase (pitcher, replacement filters, and now a dispenser) from this company. Had I known their service would be this poor, I would never have made a purchase.
