This pitcher is incredibly disappointing. The lid has small crevices that are very difficult to clean, and I had to use a toothpick in some areas. Black residue accumulates in these spots and if not cleaned, it remains. I cleaned the pitcher thoroughly this morning but could not get the lid back on no matter how hard I tried. My husband, who is very patient, also attempted to help. After 30 minutes, I discarded the entire thing. Even if we managed to get it on, I wouldn't want to deal with it again. Additionally, the pitcher I received wasn't the one I ordered, which had a bamboo handle. I realize now that this is the only style available on the website. I regret not voicing my concerns then. I deeply regret purchasing this, regardless of how well it filters water. It truly feels like a waste of money.
I've enjoyed using these filters for years; they work wonderfully, lasting six months with UK tap water. Replacement filters used to be easily available from the company's UK website, but now I find that I can't order them to a UK address. Their customer service is not helpful, providing varying responses from stock issues to irrelevant affiliate program suggestions. A simple inquiry about ordering replacement filters to the UK remains unanswered. If the demand in the US is so high that they neglect the rest of the world, that’s fine, but they should communicate that. It's misleading to show them as 'in stock and ready to ship' for UK customers when they aren't.

When they claim items are available, they take your money, charge excessive shipping fees, and then continue to say 'your order is packed and should ship soon,' which I have been told for over two weeks. This is the only place I found to leave a review, so I know there are many dissatisfied customers like me. This is my third purchase (pitcher, replacement filters, and now a dispenser) from this company. Had I known their service would be this poor, I would never have made a purchase.
What’s the point of selling a filter bottle without any replacement filters? They have been out of stock on both the UK and US websites for at least six months. I even checked stores in the US during a visit, but they are unavailable anywhere. This feels like a significant scam. Additionally, my bottle leaks randomly even when it seems securely sealed.
