I have used these products for years, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to maintain them while living in the UK. Replacement filters often don’t arrive on time (I subscribe for them), and spare parts are unavailable, despite being easy to find in the States. I'm seriously considering switching to a UK supplier for my water filtration needs.
