We bought the Epic Smart Shield under sink water filter a few years ago to remove lead from our city water. We replaced our filter once without an issue but the replacement filters have been out of stock for months and we can’t get a replacement. We’ve got super low water flow on our kitchen sink but no new filter to replace it with.Customer service told us the filters would be back in stock at the end of July but it’s August now and there are no replacement filters to be had.I’m thinking we’re going to have no other choice but to replace the system as we definitely have lead in our water supply. This is frustrating and disappointing.
