The service installed an EV charger that developed an intermittent fault. Their initial response to my report was to direct me to the manufacturer, which was not feasible. After several reminders that they were responsible for the repair, they finally sent an electrician to assess the situation. He has visited three times, but we have not made any progress. He is pleasant but seems to lack experience with this type of charger.
