Quick response for warranty repair!

Impressive turnaround from the service team. I requested a warranty repair on Monday, and the job was completed by Wednesday. I want to express my gratitude to the engineer for his excellent work! The service was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and truly went the extra mile to ensure the repair was done the same day, even though he was initially called just to diagnose the issue for future repair. Once again, a huge thank you!

Challenges with the EV charger installation

The service installed an EV charger that began showing intermittent faults. When I reported this, their initial response was to advise me to contact the manufacturer directly, which was not practical. After several reminders that they were responsible for the repair, they finally sent an electrician. He has been out three times now, but we have not made any progress. He is courteous but seems to lack experience with this type of charger.

The true measure of a service's quality is how they handle issues, and based on that, I give them 5 stars. My initial EV charger installation went well, but it malfunctioned within 48 hours and required replacement. The customer support team quickly coordinated with the manufacturers and arranged a replacement installation within a few days. They kept me informed throughout the process, and the same electrician handled both installations, providing helpful guidance on setting up the charger app. I can't fault them and would recommend them to others.
