This company continues to scam me. I have emailed them because they took my monthly payment down from 42€ to 12€ a month. Then they said I consumed 0 kWt (ZERO) in one year. The following year, they say I've used 1.705 kWt in just 1.5 month. So they billed basically 2 years of electricity all accounted for that one month, when the tariffs of electricity went spiked up! So now I paid 800€ of "additional electricity usage"!They never paid me back for the 3.2k€ of gas that they took without any sense (bases on which I was heating my 55 mt² flat more than a hotel).NEVER MAKE A CONTRACT WITH EPRIMO. SCAMMERS! Give me back my money!
