The staff were very clear and transparent about the process, explaining that they would inspect the device first and then contact me before proceeding with any repairs.The next day, they updated me to let me know the laptop had been cleaned, but unfortunately some internal parts were damaged and the replacement parts were not available. When I came to collect my laptop, I offered to pay for the service but they kindly refused, saying, “You came for a fix, not just a clean-up, and since we couldn’t fix it, we won’t charge you.”That level of integrity and customer care is rare.
