I had a wonderful experience with Epsilon Gamming Computers and truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and kindness.I came in after accidentally spilling a latte on my laptop and asked for a clean-up and diagnosis. The staff were very clear and transparent about the process, explaining that they would inspect the device first and then contact me before proceeding with any repairs.The next day, they updated me to let me know the laptop had been cleaned, but unfortunately some internal parts were damaged and the replacement parts were not available. When I came to collect my laptop, I offered to pay for the service but they kindly refused, saying, “You came for a fix, not just a clean-up, and since we couldn’t fix it, we won’t charge you.”That level of integrity and customer care is rare. The team was gracious, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Epsilon Computers for their honesty, clear communication, and excellent service. Thank you!
One of the two products I purchased was faulty, and when I tried to return the item, Epsilon did not give me sufficient notification for exchanging it, they just showed up when I wasn’t home. I emailed them regarding this hoping to reschedule, but did not hear back from them until I left a negative review. In the end, they did replace the item and resolve the issue.
