Bought an Epson ET4950on 2/15/26. After setup tried the ADF. Paper from adf got stuck 10 straight times on top of grey undercarriage. Called support 3 days later. They asked for photos, but not of the area where paper stuck. After speaking to 6 support people not one gave any advice how to fix problem. All they were interested in was if the printer was covered by warranty. Brought back to seller & got full refund. Not only was hardware defective but their support was worthless.
