I would give this company negative stars if I could. I went through 3 of their printers in the last 2 years thinking each time I may have just got a lemmon. Their support is a nightmare. They make you jump through weeks worth of hoops to spend your own money to send it back and receive a used replacement when it is under warranty. I would run as fast as you can from any of their products. Even the most expensive products are cheaply made and as a company they don't stand behind their products at all. Unless you have time for a small claims case I would avoid them all together.
