I have had all but one email ignored since September, a live chat abruptly ended, and a call hung up on. I have been trying to receive an answer to one simple question and the coordinator is continually evasive for some unknown reason. Either epsychiatry is not a legitimate service or it is at the very least managed incompetently and unprofessionally.People seeking psychiatric services deserve better. Please beware.
