After submitting a perfect text, I received a book that had no punctuation and gaps in the words. I'm very disappointed. When I reached out to the support team, they advised against using the PDF format and suggested alternatives. If there's such a risk of printing errors, why isn't this information clearly communicated on their website beforehand? I feel like I've wasted my money. Proceed with caution!!!!!
