When I reached out to the support team, they advised against using the PDF format and suggested alternatives. Unpleasant experience with account management

Initially, I expressed my concerns about the company's poor handling after publishing 250 books on their platform. They demanded that I change the copyright information for all 250 books within 14 days, which I found impossible due to my full-time job. When I explained this, they threatened to terminate my account. I questioned why this requirement wasn't communicated earlier. After I published a complaint, they acknowledged it. I later requested to close my account as the timeframe was unmanageable, and they did so. I created a new account and updated the copyright as requested, but they still decided not to continue with me. Even after deleting my account and not receiving royalties for two months, my books remain published. I kindly asked them to unpublish them since I left the company two months ago, but they still haven't acted. I've noticed others' books are also still available.
