Their service and communication skills are absolutely diabolical. I was trying to purchase from them, but 7 months on and I am no closer to where I want to be. I have had to call and chase at every stage. I have emailed a complaint which has not even been acknowledged. I want my deposit back, which was never said to be non refundable, but I can't even get a response. It's disgusting. I don't know how they are still trading!
