I ordered a coat and a pair of jodhpurs. After wearing the jodhpurs a couple of times, the stitching failed, and I was informed I could only return them for repair or replacement. I sent them back but received ZERO communication. A week later, I was notified my parcel was out for delivery, but I wasn’t home. The driver ignored safe place instructions, and my parcel was stolen. I reached out to the company, who told me to wait for an investigation and follow up later. DPD didn’t respond, so I contacted the company again. They offered a replacement but told me I had to wait until Monday. I asked to change the color but was told the order was already placed. It was frustrating, especially since I received an email stating the order was placed shortly after. This whole experience has left a bad taste. I had wanted to buy from this company for a long time, but now I’ll look elsewhere. I found the email tone unhelpful and the service lacking.
