I actually love my coat.I love the colour (Green with pink lining)I love the fact I dont need to wear leggings when walking my dogs.I love the way the zip can go up from the bottom to give you room to move your legs.
BUT there are bits I dont love ..
The hood is to big,I can see anything with it on and I have to wear a wooly hat to keep it from blowing off my head.It also over hangs my head torch.
I dont like the fact it takes me ages to get the zip lined up to zip it up.with all that said,I would buy one again,if im ever lucky enough to be given a bonus again.Im not sure when I actually bought my coat,it was sometime last year so its had some very heavy downpours to deal with.

It's incredibly warm too! I was so impressed that I also bought the thin fleece-lined short coat for use around the yard. I ordered a coat and a pair of jodhpurs. After wearing the jodhpurs a couple of times, the stitching failed, and I was informed I could only return them for repair or replacement. I sent them back but received ZERO communication. A week later, I was notified my parcel was out for delivery, but I wasn’t home. The driver ignored safe place instructions, and my parcel was stolen. I reached out to the company, who told me to wait for an investigation and follow up later. DPD didn’t respond, so I contacted the company again. They offered a replacement but told me I had to wait until Monday. I asked to change the color but was told the order was already placed. It was frustrating, especially since I received an email stating the order was placed shortly after. This whole experience has left a bad taste. I had wanted to buy from this company for a long time, but now I’ll look elsewhere. I found the email tone unhelpful and the service lacking.
I bought two long coats as gifts, each purchased separately. As a male, I made mistakes with the sizes. The staff were incredibly helpful in correcting my orders and made the return and refund process straightforward. Exceptional customer service. I won't buy long coats from anywhere else again... and I’ve heard the products are fantastic. They keep you warm, dry, and protected during those chilly, rainy days!
I selected express delivery for 1-2 days, but it’s been 6 days with no updates on my parcel. The website doesn’t mention any delivery issues. I tried to reach customer service for days, but I was either ignored or brushed off. They were quick to take my money but haven’t sent my order! I would advise avoiding this company!
We own five of these coats in both adult and children's sizes. They are of excellent quality, and the children use them frequently. They are perfect not only for riding but also for wearing after other outdoor sports. We always have them ready for sideline activities at rugby and football matches! The customer service is also outstanding. Thank you to the team!
Black Friday Deals... not quite! I accidentally ordered the wrong size, which I had to return since my other dog already has this coat. I take responsibility for not checking the return shipping cost, but the website stated £5.00, yet I was charged £6.99, even though it only cost £2.99 to send it to me. I won't be ordering from this company again, especially during a supposed sale!
