Useless website, impossible to get around the technical hangups. Logging in takes me directly to the frozen card verification page (the card has been verified numerous times on the bank's side). There is no way to bypass this frozen page, as even logging in via the app will redirect you to the same frozen page. There is also no way of canceling the trial or subscription. Nobody to contact either as I never received a confirmation email after signing up.

Edit 13/4/26: Now the website says my identity could not be verified (after it prevented me from completing the form). Instead of allowing me to start over, it has now locked me out. There's no email to contact, and I'm not about to call any phone number and be messed about pressing numbers and waiting half an hour on queue.
