I called D&G on Thursday about my TV was WhatsApp'd by Equinox on Friday for details of what the issue is I responded promptly on Friday morning. Today I called D&G to say still not heard anything, they only have the same contact no. customers have. They managed to actually get through to someone who said I would get a call back at lunch time, still nothing. I have now contacted D&G to raise a complaint. It is very unprofessional to not even get an acknowledgement of my repair, even if they contacted me and said we cannot get anyone out until next week that would have been OK, but looking at previous reviews they appear to be prolific cancellers
