my equipment has been returned unrepaired. I was not informed about it till I started using it again. Email sent to Equinox and I got the reply oh we decided to send it back unrepaired and not tell you about it because you did not give us a charger. Well charger was there when the driver was picking up my vacuum and he gave it back to me saying they had it the the warehouse.Sorry I am canceling my DD tonight
