LG has after sales warranty repair…

LG has after sales warranty repair agreement with Equinox as third party in the UK which i have had fast solution with them. Contacting LG customer services is much worse than contacting Equinox because LG customer services agents have no emphaty and they are cheap and unprofessional agents located in Philliphines, they think the service we UK people should recieve and consumer rights as low as in Philliphines. However, whenever i email Jemma from Equinox, she replied my emails in 24 hours. For LG TV repair process, technician Mr. Ahmed Ali visited my flat and he tried his best with friendly manner but the replacement part sent by LG is also faulty at the end of the day some people blames Equinox but in most cases LG is responsible for delays or repair parts as LG provides replacement panels and other parts. It is not on Equinox hands to select a replacement part so whatever LG supplies Equinox, they use. Some people here swearing using bad language that would not solve your device's problem, instead you will be ignored by everyone not only from Equinox, i personally think.During home visit i was being very helpful with hospitality to Mr. Ali Ahmed. Therefore, we got positive results quicker from Equinox. Faulty TV is written off and will receive up lift number from LG in a few days time for starting return process. We should never forget that "positive vibes gives you positive results".Thanks Jemma, Ahmed Ali and Equinox team.
