My LG OLED TV sadly had an issue 4 months in from new (line of pixels failed). I contacted LG and they passed the repair to Equinox. Got to say, the communications were really good and Connor came out bang on time to repair my TV which entailed fitting a new panel. I was honest with him; the issue had become intermittent. Connor did the right thing and phoned base and the conclusion was to go ahead. Connor was excellent; polite, chatty, motivated and positive. Fixed my TV in about 45 mins. Really good experience. Give him a raise!!! Overall from reporting to fixing took a week and that included getting the part so it's a good turnaround. I was doubtful I would buy another LG but this experience has prompted me to buy another OLED TV. Many thanks.
