Fantastic service from Equinox through our Insurance with Domestic and General provided by John Lewis on our LG television. During wall mounting the screen cracked. This was on a Thursday late afternoon. I rang D&G immediately who told me they have passed it on to Equinox. I got a call back from Equinox within the hour of filing the repair. They acknowledged it and took all my details. The next day a technical engineer called to get the details of the damage and the parts were ordered there and then direct from LG. I received notifications throughout the entire process. As soon as LG had delivered the new screen panel I was called by Equinox. Unfortunately I missed the call but they left a voicemail, a text message AND an email to let me know. I rang them back and they booked me in for the same week. I was kept in the loop the entire time and was even called the day of the repair to be given an ETA of arrival. Even when they got held up, I was called immediately to be updated. Jay and his colleague arrived, dressed in very smart shirts and ties and used gloves the entire time, taking extra care. They respected our property and we're very polite and helpful. They had the new screen installed in no time and it looks fabulous. I cannot fault the service and speed at which we got our repair done. It took just under a week from reporting issue, parts been ordered and delivered from LG, to installation. Fantastic, thank you.
