I ordered three pieces of gym equipment from a seller on 13 November. The first item to arrive (a chin/dip machine) was delivered on 18 November and was damaged during transit, so it was rightfully refused upon delivery. Up until this point, the sales representative was excellent. However, once there was an issue, the situation changed drastically. Instead of taking responsibility, the representative immediately blamed the courier, even citing how many returns they had that week—definitely not reassuring. I was promised a refund within a few days, and then… nothing. My messages were ignored, and there were no updates or refund. Four weeks later, I am still waiting for the money I am legally owed and have now been forced to initiate a small claims court case just to receive my refund. If anything goes wrong with your order, don’t expect assistance, accountability, or even basic communication. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear.
