Review Time
Equity Edge restricted my account alleging “coordinated trading”. The only justification provided was that my Stop Loss was triggered at the same time as other traders.
As a technical trader, I placed my Stop Loss at a clear structural swing low — a major liquidity zone where large volumes of independent orders naturally accumulate. This is standard market behavior and not evidence of coordination.
I submitted a detailed appeal including multi-timeframe chart analysis (1D / 15m / 5m) demonstrating independent decision-making. I also offered to provide a live recording of my private trading journal to verify my strategy.
More than 24 hours have passed and I have received no response to my evidence.
Based on this experience, traders should be aware that legitimate technical setups may be misinterpreted as rule violations.
The Trading conditions are good & the support team are the best. Did some issu with consistency rule but Team member named NAFEE & MUSA helped me a lot to solve the problem. In Sha Allah, I will get to the payout.
First my 100k account was denied i was like ohk they were right but then my 50k, not only took ages for them to get back to me but they got back to me with the dumbest gambling shit known to man, not happy with the service or the firm, they were ohk a few months ago but now I dont even know what is going on

I was found genuine after they do review and yes they processed my payout which was pending but after they processed my payout I was banned from the dashboard and all my funded accounts have been blocked with no reason.

I am sharing this as a serious warning to anyone considering trading with Equity Egge.
I successfully passed both evaluation phases by strictly following their rules, risk limits, and trading conditions. After completing Phase 2, I was informed that I had passed. Then, three days later, I received an email stating that my contract was rejected due to an alleged rule breach.
There was no warning during the evaluation. No notification immediately after the supposed violation. No issue raised before confirming that I had passed. Only after I completed both phases did they claim that I had breached the news trading rule.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that I was later contacted and told that if I remove my Trustpilot review, they would provide me with a new evaluation account starting again from Phase 1.
This is not a solution. I already passed both phases. I should not be required to start again from Phase 1 after being officially informed that I passed. Offering a reset only if I remove a public review raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.
If there was truly a violation, it should have been identified immediately, not days after confirming success. Proper risk management systems do not work retroactively only after a trader qualifies.
To anyone thinking about joining Equity Egge, proceed with extreme caution. Document every trade, take screenshots, and carefully review every rule. Make sure you understand that even after passing, your account may still be rejected days later.
I am standing by my experience and asking for a fair resolution, not a reset, not pressure to remove a review, and not conditions tied to silence.
This company lately their slippage is poor and they take no accountability for it, i executed a trade on gold there was now news i entered at 4986.29 and my SL was at 4970 but i got stopped out at 4963.43 but it is not the first time this is the 3rd time this is happened and there was no news event and also their customer support service is so slow
Its been 6 days since I have done the payment but account is not received yet ….. on 12 feb I purchased and account of 50k instant funding but they haven’t give me an account credentials yet … i raised ticket to their customer support 4 to 5 times and provided all the documents and bank statement also but they have done nothing saying that we haven’t received our payment yet … and on Saturday, I received a call from the agent and he tells me that I I have to delete my negative reviews on trust pilot then only he will assist me …. I don’t know what is going on, but they’re not trying to solve my query. And after I write negative review, they have banned me on their discord. if I get my account, I will update here.
