I opened and funded my account, and apparently that was the easy part. A week later, it was locked because they “needed” my employment information — which I had already provided in the original application.

I resubmitted it. Then, while I was actively trading, they placed the account under liquidation. A week after that, they suddenly needed clarification about the nature of my business. You’d think this is something that might come up before approving and funding an account — but apparently not.

Meanwhile, Elon Musk can launch a rocket, have it rotate around Earth, and land it upright with precision… yet verifying employment details seems to require a geological time scale.

They may have a great trading platform, but their compliance process feels like a slow-motion bureaucratic experiment. Inefficient, reactive, and wrapped in a layer of “it’s compliance” superiority.

I would give them a zero if I could. Terrible customer support and a broken message system (they send you messages and you cannot reply). Successfully traded using their platform for about 7 days, then they shut my account down because the new account team (who you cannot speak with directly) didn't like my response to being self employed. I gave them plenty of detail, who I was, where my money came from, etc. Instead of asking specific questions they said try again - too vague. I have money with banks and financial institutions all over the world, they should have tried harder to handle this. On top of that, in my first week of trading their service went offline for an hour. Hopefully there is someone better out there to work with.

Adrian a été extrêmement utile

Adrian a été extrêmement utile et efficace. J'ai lutté avec ce problème pendant 3 jours sans obtenir de réponses de mon fournisseur tiers. Adrian s'est concentré sur le problème immédiatement et m'a remis en marche en moins de 15 minutes. Après 3 jours frustrants, j'ai pu me détendre en jouant au golf.
