Nice idea but... Little information about the companies. Very high fee of 5%. Cannot invest in some of the listed companies, no idea why. Hold period 2 to 7 years which might be too long/risky for many. Minimum investment is $10k. Or sometimes more? Not sure, still many questions, and that leads me to the next point: The website is not very intuitive. Needs some time to understand how it actually works. Edit: Now, Equityzen wants my personal info, otherwise this review will be deleted. Great, trustworthy company...
