Communication was clear. There was efficient follow up and follow through. When one deal was pulled by the first seller, your rep found a second deal to replace it. The share transfers seemed to go off without a hitch.

Phone Number Customer Service Lacking

Communication is difficult with no telephone number. Also, I want to know why some purchases are still pending even though the dollars were taken from my account months ago. I have yet to receive an answer on this question (albeit just asked last night). Otherwise, transactions are routine, nothing extraordinary.
