I had the same experiece as a previous reviewer, ordered at the beginning of January with an email confirmation that strangely says under Shipping: Insured Premium Shipping (Shipped on January 13th). Still nothing has arrived and no notification that it has been sent; also, it doesn't say it's been shipped on my account... I have contacted them for further information but suspect it will never turn up...
