Tracking tells me the product (Queen Oil) is coming from China. Oh, great. I've written them to say I will be cancelling the order soon and asking bank for a refund.

Ordered 28th December, it's now 30th January and after a couple of encouraging emails still NO DELIVERY. I looked at reviews for the product on line, which seems to be positive, but now I see negative reviews for delivery and customer service.
I had the same experiece as a previous reviewer, ordered at the beginning of January with an email confirmation that strangely says under Shipping: Insured Premium Shipping (Shipped on January 13th). Still nothing has arrived and no notification that it has been sent; also, it doesn't say it's been shipped on my account... I have contacted them for further information but suspect it will never turn up...
I ordered the Queen Oil on the 1st January. My order confirmation said that it would be despatched on the 13th January and payment was taken on the 2nd. It is now the 24th January and I have not received notification that it has been despatched. I have contacted the company to ask for a refund but have had no response. I will be seeking a refund through my bank.
