The person assisting me talked excessively about themselves and pressured me to buy products, making it feel more like a sales pitch than a beauty appointment. When I hesitated to purchase on the spot, I was told I would need to rebook at full price, which was quite high. I found the product I was interested in online for a fraction of the cost. This was not a private clinic but rather a temporary setup in a busy shopping center, lacking privacy. My experience was anything but relaxing; the noise and the pressure to buy made me quite uncomfortable.
I had an LED facial here, and the staff and service were exceptional. I was even offered champagne, which was a lovely touch! The facial was pleasant and relaxing, and I woke up today with dewy skin and significantly less redness. I loved it!

This business damaged my skin. I attended for a non surgical facelift promotion and the damage to my face has been so severe I have had to seek ongoing treatment from a dermatologist. Their products used are not known or reputable online.
